Graystripe is going crazy.
Back to the beginning of the story, though. Ever since we met this young gray warrior as a new apprentice in Into the Wild, we knew he had spunk and was a true apprentice of ThunderClan. But was it to last? He was named deputy shortly after the death of Whitestorm, and then lead the Clan through Firestar's Quest while Firestar and Sandstorm left to save the legendary SkyClan, but was it really preparing something to come? We can assume so. Most of us know of Graystripe's dreadful capture by Twolegs in Dawn and his dramatic comeback in The Sight, but who was to tell that he could make it that far?
No, this is about a different story. A one about reality and things that come that we cannot change, or even survive through sometimes. What if Graystripe and Millie had never made it back to the Clans? What if they were doomed to wander alone forever, searching for something that didn't exist anymore? That's what many cats (or people) would do... but what if, just what if... they started their own Clan?
So Graystripe and Millie never made it. They found Ravenpaw and talked to him, yet they took the directions wrong and headed off the wrong way. For many, many moons they wandered lost and starving with loyalties and the heart for only each other. You may think it doesn't have much of a difference than, but do you really know? That means Graystripe's feelings for Millie never strengthened as they did when Diesel started to fall for her. He never asked her to be his mate, and he never felt he had to fight for her friendship and love as his own. And now, they are both starting to really wonder if the warrior code is worth it.
But they won't give up.
That fateful day when they both accepted that the Clans were gone, they decided to save them as Firestar had done a while ago. They started a Clan called FireClan in memory of Graystripe's lost friend Firestar. Millie was named deputy and Graystripe leader, but both kept their names as they were. All seemed well as rogues and loners started to appear at the borders, seeking the life of the newfound Clan. But then, IceClan came.
They were what you would call a second BloodClan, but less violent. They were basically rogues, loners, and such cats that didn't want the new Clan interfering with their lives. They called themselves IceClan, since ice and fire are extreme enemies. After a few moons of much battle, IceClan was accepted as a whole Clan of its own. They patrolled their borders, hunted, and had battles for territory like many Clans did. Is it to last, though? Or will it all break apart like everything else Graystripe and Millie have believed in? The time has come... And accepting that you're never coming home is harder than everHome-----------Rules-----------The Story
