"This just in, Harbour City was once again saved from some masked villian in Central Park. Three people have been sent to the hospital for getting caught in the crossfire. These heroes of ours are now helping to clean up the damage. Officer Gland has said that there is no names to go with these people that are continually saving the lives of the people here in Harbour City, but if they weren't around three innocent lives would have been killed today. So just who are these masked people and where are they coming from? I'm Diane Trace, back to you, Ron."
