an end and a beginning...
The Wizarding World has changed a great deal in the many years since Lord Voldemort's defeat. The four Hogwarts houses have united; they are all equal in each others' eyes. Not even Slytherin is considered to be "bad" any more. Though the Wizarding World is still far from ideal and completely without prejudice and stereotypes, it no longer openly hates those who are different. No evil Dark Lord has appeared in the time since Lord Voldemort's rule, and the Wizarding World is wondering whether they might finally have peace.
a new leader...
Father Murgon seems to believe so. After an unfortunate accident, the half-blood was blinded and his hair turned white, despite being fairly young. But these were not the only changes. After his accident, Father Murgon began to receive visions of the future. And not just any future; it was paradise, utopia. These visions would only come to pass if all the witches and wizards followed his lead, and so Father Murgon began his work.
on one side...
At first, few believed. Most thought him a harmless crazy, despite the fact that he seemed very sane. Eventually, many witches and wizards came to realise that what he said was true. Several of his visions came to pass and he had accurately predicted many future events. If all of them came together under one banner, under Murgon's banner, there would be no war, no arguments. Peace would finally reign.
and on the other...
Others did not believe so easily. One wizard and his friends re-started the Order of the Phoenix, determined to fight the Father's teachings. They think him dangerous, but few seem to agree.
so...
The wizarding world is split. Hogwarts is mixed, full of the Father's supporters and the Order's supporters, with a large amount students staying neutral. But for Father Murgon's future to come true, all witches and wizards must believe. It is now a war of ideals and morals. Freedom or peace? What will come of this?
