And I wonder if you know, How it really feels, To be left outside alone.
[/i][/size]
Char closed her eyes and flinched as she heard Oblivion laugh. He had seen her. How was she supposed to explain this? 'Your the only one thats tried to get to know me so can I stay with you?'. It was pittiful. Besides, she didn't get crushes, and she was just fine on her own. She could hide and run when she got into trouble. Although... it would be far easier to have a huge dog like Oblivion protecting her. For some reason she could see herself laid between his two front paws, his left leg resting over her body as he licked the back of her head. It was stupid probably, and he'd probably end up hurting her but it seemed as though Chardonnay was going to stay around him as long as possible. Would he like that? Would he run away? Would he kill her? She had no idea, and to be honest she was terrified but she would rather be terrified with him then on her own. He could have been a really bad dog. He could have raped her and killed her but he didn't. Maybe there was some good inside his huge refined killers body.
Char whimpered louder, her scraping heard a bit more as he made the plane shake bounding over to her. It was a miracle she held on. Her ears flattened against her head as his jaws approached her neck. As soon as she felt him grab the scruff of her neck her entire body went limp - a natural instinct. Like in wild cats and wild dogs mothers carried their pups this way so when Oblivion carried Char like that she instinctively did what she did when she had been a mere pup. She was surprised he could carry her but she wasn't really complaining. She felt safe like this. She almost didn't want him to let her go. Then again that would put a strain on him. Char stayed in his jaw as he carried her onto the roof of the plane before stretching her paws out as he put her down. Sat infront of him, her body facing his, she found herself feeling very nervous. Not the usual nervous she felt because this was something entirely different.
"Uh, thankyou."[/i] She spoke softly before pressing her forehead against his chest. It was the most she could do for affection right now but she hoped it would tell him everything he needed to know. Pulling away she turned her body so her back was facing his chest before looking out the hanger doors. The view... was amazing. "Wow... I've never seen anything from this height before... its beautiful."[/i] [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Oblivion On a mountain he sits Not of gold but of sin Through the blood he can look See the life that he took From the council of one He'll decide what he's done With the innocent... Oblivion closed his maw and began to grind his teeth together, they felt almost as if they had shifted slightly due to Chardonnay's weight hanging from them. As he stood towering over her, his ebony optics watching for her reaction to his sudden chosen action towards helping her up. Why did he do that? She was just some annoying little girl that was following him round, if anything he wanted her to fall off the wing and land on her behind. Maybe that would teach her for following him. Yet... a stronger part of him didn't want that to happen. That side was glad that he had helped her up and that she was sitting with him now. What the hell? He had lived so long on his own, he liked it that way, he was a murderer, a brutal guy and a complete bastard. She was sweet, timid, adorable, cute and cuddly. They were complete opposites, why the hell was he happy she was here?
The Danes eyes darkened for a moment as a low growl rumbled in his chest, directed at himself. Chardonnays soft voice broke through his dark thoughts suddenly as she rubbed her forehead against his muscular chest. The Dane froze up and his face turned uncomfortable for those few seconds that the two stood in contact. His cold heart gave a sudden faster beat before continuing it's normal rhythm. Soon she had pulled away and turned to face the same was as him. When she spoke again, Oblivion grunted a reply, trying to hide his sudden change of heart.
"I guess not, being that small." His insult was weak and transparent and he couldn't hide the friendly teasing tone to it. Screw it, he was fond of her. She was a cute friend, he was allowed to say that right? With a shrug to himself, the great dane padded forwards a few steps and stood beside the fox hybrid before lowering his rump to the metal once more. He didn't know what to say right now, so instead he just sat beside her, his head still slightly above hers as she stood, staring straight ahead at the sunlight that lit up the lush grass outside.

"Y-y-yeah well... g-good things come in s-small p-packages."[/i] Chardonnay stammered as she glanced up at the huge great dane. She wasn't that small. At least she was big enough so they could actually physically breed. Although, she wasn't thinking that. No. Well... no. Shaking her head she glanced away letting her ears go back slightly as she stared back at the view. He could probably charm her if he wanted and yet he wasn't. She knew she shouldn't be surprised but she had just tried to jump on a plane to be close to him. She could have gotten seriously hurt falling from that wing - if she had fallen. The least he could do was charm her. At least, that was what she was thinking even though she really was trying not to think it. She was even trying to describe the view in her head just to get thoughts of Oblivion out of her head. Subconciously she moved backwards until her back touched his chest. She sat there, her long thick tail wagging brushing against his exposed belly. Oblivion could probably have any female he wanted. He could have a pedigree poodle, or a rare snow white siberian husky. He could even have his own harem of bitches if he wanted too. So why would he even consider settling for a fox hybrid like her? She sighed a little as she stared out at the view. At least she could enjoy this one little moment with him before he would push her away. She didn't know why this male was making her want to give up her life of solitude. It was ridiculous really. Besides, it wasn't as if they would work out. He was a big shot Mafia pack member. Where as she was a scardey cat fox hybrid that would shake and whimper in fear within a mile of the Mafia pack territory. She would be worse if she actually had to live there which she would have too if she ended up being his mate. Although she was not saying she wanted to be his mate. Closing her eyes for a moment she tried to clear her head. "Your p-pack w-will be m-missing you."[/i] Chardonnay spoke, before turning her head to look at him. So big. So muscular. So strong. He could be gentle too. He had proved that already. A part of her was scared he didn't feel a thing for her. She didn't want to be used. She didn't want to get hurt. Glancing away she tucked her legs beneath her belly as she laid down. Char didn't expect him to do as she had imagined earlier where he laid with her and licked the back of her head. She didn't expect anything from him. He had a cold heart and hers... although hidden was red blooded and warm. There were so many differences. [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Oblivion On a mountain he sits Not of gold but of sin Through the blood he can look See the life that he took From the council of one He'll decide what he's done With the innocent... The females stammered words reach his auds as he sat near her. A small smile played about his lips as thoughts crossed his mind, she really wasn't that small. Heck she was about the size of a german shepherd, just without the fully muscular build they had. She was certainly pretty, there was no doubt about that. A unique creature, she was, and really quite pretty at the same time. Her large ears, deep eyes and stunning coloured fur. Compared to Oblivion? A big chunky monster. Slightly floppy cheeks, bland dark fur and a rectangular head. He was nothing in contrast with her.
Oblivion closed his eyes for a moment as he thought about this. No, he shouldn't be thinking anything like this. Blood and gore, that's what caught his attention. But the moment his mind stated this, Chardonnay shuffled closer to him and sat directly infront of him, her back pressed against his chest and her tail softly brushing his stomach. The sensation sent a tingle along his spine and his frozen heart began to flutter again. What the hell? Why did he go like this everytime they came into contact. He was pathetic. Unworthy of being in the Mafia. They were strong creatures, they were not to be falling in love and focusing on relationships. Hell no. It was about ruling, defeating the other packs and gaining the power they derserved. Yes... that was what he wanted. Again, he was distracted from his thoughts as she spoke of his pack. Almost as though she had read his thoughts, but goodness no that wasn't true. The Dane glanced down as he saw her head turn to look up at him, sending a wave of her delightful scent directly towards his nostrils. Man he hated being around females at this time of year. As she suddenly glanced away and tucked herself up to lie down, Oblivion was left staring at her back as she lowered her body. This move made it even more apparant to the great dane that her hips, behind and tail were literally touching his belly as she lay infront of him. His body suddenly became alert as he sat there for a moment, his ebony optics just locked on her hips. His natural breeding instincts almost overwhelming his mind. No. He wouldn't do that to her, what if she got offended? What? Why was he even thinking of that? The Great Dane gave his head a quick shake as though trying to remove the thoughts before shuffling over to lay down right next to his company. Their sides were touching as the two lay side by side on the plane. He remembered she had mentioned his pack, so he replied.
"No they won't be. I'm out doing what I should be, exploring and discovering information. Well I guess not so much the second bit, but either way I won't be missed at this time." As he spoke, he turned his large head to look at her, trying to see any sort of reactions from her.

Chardonnay couldn't help but feel a tad disappointed as he laid beside her instead of almost on her like she had imagined earlier. Perhaps she should just move herself into the position she wanted to be? NO! That was crazy talk. Well, crazy thinking. She didn't do things like that. Hell, she didn't stay in anyone's company. At all. Yet, here she was just staring at Oblivion. Surely, any relationship with him wouldn't be as hopeless as his name sake? What the hell is wrong with me?! Yet, as she laid there all she wanted to do was move herself so she was in the same position as she had imagined. Would he hate it? Would he hate her? He could easily throw her off this plane and kill her. He had the strength and power to do so. He also had the speed to catch her should she try to bolt. Yet, her heart wanted her to risk it. She wanted to go under his leg and press her bottom up against his chest regardless. This was insane. It had to be.
"Oh. ... w-well... how about y-your mate?"
A very poor way to ask if he had anyone but she found herself asking him before she could take it back. Flicking her ears back she realised as she looked away from the big dark grey male that she had stopped shaking. That hadn't happened before. She was almost tempted to poke herself to make sure she was okay. He didn't make her shake anymore. At that thought she looked up at him finding her emotions betray her as they merged within her pretty brown eyes. Already hitting herself for it Char pushed her feminine body underneath his large leg, moving forward until his fore leg was laid over her back. She then stopped moving and pressed the curve of her back, since she was curled up slightly, against his body before stopping all movement. Char stayed silent unsure as to how the great dane would react. He could do anything to her right now and although that scared her she felt this... sort of trust that he wouldn't hurt her in any way.
What if he did have a mate? God, that would be so bad. Char knew she wasn't the type to share, but she also knew she would probably be too meak to confront him about it so she would either let it be or run away. Probably run away unless he made her promise to stay. She could never break a promise. That was one thing she kept quiet. That way people wouldn't know that secret and make her make promises left, right, and center. Char had noticed something though between them. It seemed as though she was the one touching him first, and yet, he wasn't doing anything like that.
So why was she still touching him?

Oblivion On a mountain he sits Not of gold but of sin Through the blood he can look See the life that he took From the council of one He'll decide what he's done With the innocent... The question that escaped the females lips caused the great dane to let out a bark of laughter. Him? With a mate? How interesting. The idea was really quite ridiculous to the male. In the Mafia they didn't focus on getting mates and so forth, generally the alpha would do this most, but even he wouldn't bother too much with that situation, there were far more important things to be thinking about. Even so, Oblivion couldn't help but like the idea of a mate... no! He had to stop this sort of thinking, what was happening to him? In an attempt to shut his stupid brain up, the male replied to Chardonnay.
"I do not have a mate, little Chardonnay. So there is no question about anyone worrying about me." He turned to look at the fox hybrid for a second before looking away again, a smirk on his maw. "Not that I have much to worry about out here."
As he sat staring out of the hanger doors, a movement caught his eye as the female beside him shuffled closer before nudging his long front leg over her back. The Dane froze up for a second. Unsure of what to do, he had never been in such a situation before. He didn't know how to act around females. It had been so long since he was in such close contact with any creature. Oblivion had forgotten what it was like to have company. How it tore away the empty hole in his heart. Auds perked, the male finally began to relax slightly, his eyes lowering to look at the female that lay beside him, out the corner of his eyes. Before he could even realise what he was doing and could stop himself, he found himself lowering his head and licking the thick fur just behind Char's ears. Realising what he had done, he pulled his head away suddenly and froze up again. Her scent had almost overwhelmed him, but he held back. Yet, as he stared out at the sunlight in silence, he left his leg hanging over her back. Subconciously tensing his muscles as he tightened his hold on her.

Char had never felt such pleasure before as she did when he began licking her behind her ears. She even tilted her head up into his touch. She couldn't help it. Even though she was the lamb and he was the lion she did feel this sort of trust with him. He could bite her ears off and tear her limb from limb with ease. He hadn't though and therefore she was safe with him. At least that was how Char saw it all. She even managed a smile as he tightened his hold on her. Perhaps he was just a big teddy bear beneath the vicious killer and muscle? Maybe. If she was lucky. Opening her big brown eyes she lowered her head a bit once the licking stopped and stared at the landscape beyond the steel doors. Was it so wrong to be with him like this? He was supposed to be a big bad Mafia member. He was supposed to have this equally cruel mate that would keep him on his toes. Not a timid warm hearted creature like her.
"If you did want a mate... what would she be like?"[/i] For the first time since meeting him she hadn't stammered. That was huge, and yet all she did to celebrate it was a little smile. Perhaps it wouldn't be so bad to have a mate or a pack. However... she couldn't be his unless he wanted her and even though he was holding her so tight and protectively she couldn't be sure he did want her in that way. Besides, even if they did get together - which she highly doubted would ever happen - there would be so many obstacles. For her the huge Mafia pack that would probably kill her as soon as Oblivion wasn't around, and well the fact good and bad never lived together. They weren't supposed to get on and if they had an arguement... Well, Oblivion could terrify her during it. Leaning over she began brushing her tongue against his other front paw - the one that wasn't on her back - licking him gently. She could remember when her mother and her would wash each other. It had always calmed her down especially after something bad. [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Oblivion On a mountain he sits Not of gold but of sin Through the blood he can look See the life that he took From the council of one He'll decide what he's done With the innocent... As the great dane lay beside the fox hybrid on the old private jet, he felt a wave of peace fall over him. Layering his strong body in a feeling he couldn't remember ever feeling. He was happy. For perhaps the first time in his life. He wasn't used to feeling like this, it was so unusual. Closing his dark optics slowly, he took a deep breath and felt his entire body relax. How long had it been since he had breathed so freely? He didn't know, nor did he care. This moment was all the mattered to him right now. When the female spoke to him, ebony eyes opened slowly, he was a little shocked by the question but decided to reply.
"I suppose one side of me wants a strong dark female that can stand by my side as we fight together. Stunningly beautiful and cold hearted, but only has eyes for me." A smirk played about his lips for a moment. "But the more realistic side of me wants one that perhaps I can protect, is quite tall and has lovely coloured fur with gorgeous eyes. Also stunning to look at and really quite unique." The smirk turned into a full on grin as he turned his head and looked into Char's deep eyes. For the first time ever, a playful sparkles shone in his dark optics as he looked at her. "What would yours be like?"
As he waited for a reply, he turned his head away to look behind them at the hanger that stood in a dim light, a few odd strands of sunlight shining through cracks and holes in the metal. Dust particles floated lazily past the beam of light that filtered into the metal dome. The picture was really quite peaceful, almost representing the great dane that was within it's walls. The shadows showed his Mafia side, the true side he had held for these first five years of his life. And that delicate whispers of light showing the side that every creature has. No one can fight the natural instinct to love, care and feel passion. This side was finally emerging from the cold male. And all because of a nervous german shepherd cross. With a small smile, he turned his head back at the idea. He didn't care about hiding it anymore, and so with a small shrug to himself, the dane lowered his head and licked Char's cheek slowly before lifting it and resting it over her shoulders. Ebony optics watching casually as he lay looking over her shoulder.

"I suppose one side of me wants a strong dark female that can stand by my side as we fight together. Stunningly beautiful and cold hearted, but only has eyes for me." Char knew it. He wanted some bad girl that loved violence. She supposed she couldn't be too broken up about it but still... She hadn't felt this way for anyone before. Chardonnay had just hoped maybe he had felt the same. She stopped licking his paw letting her thoughts drift off as her gaze went back to looking through the hanger doors. At least she'd be able to remember these magical moments with Oblivion. Especially when he licked behind her ear. That had been so sweet as was the way he was holding her close and tight. As if he wanted to keep her. Being in a pack seemed bearable as long as Oblivion was her mate. At least, that was how Chardonnay felt and no one could take that feeling away.
"But the more realistic side of me wants one that perhaps I can protect, is quite tall and has lovely coloured fur with gorgeous eyes. Also stunning to look at and really quite unique." That was definately not how Char would describe herself but anyone could tell that was exactly who he was describing. Her pretty face lit up from his description of her and she couldn't help but turn a little bit to bury her head into his chest. She nuzzled his chest unable to really show just how happy she felt right then. She had never felt like this before. Sure, she had been happy with her mother but this was another kind of happy she had never felt before this moment. Char moved back to the position she had been earlier since she had rather liked being in that position with him. She full trusted him not to mount her without talking to her about it. She trusted Oblivion with her body, her heart, and her life which was a huge first for her.
"Really? Do you want me to be your mate?"[/i] Char asked before she could really stop herself. He did something to her she really couldn't describe. It was odd, and yet she liked it. "Mine...? Well, I never really thought about it but... I guess he would be tall, dark, handsome, and be strong enough to haul me onto the wing of a plane."[/i] She couldn't help but laugh a little at the last comment she made. It was amazing just how strong and muscular Oblivion was. It was very impressive. Char could already tell that Oblivion would make a good lover once he got into it and probably the same with fatherhood. Of course, being a female, Char knew she was meant to have pups. However she knew she would have to be ready for them first before she even considered getting pregnant. Plus, she'd have to find somewhere safe for them to be born and raised. Perhaps a corner of the Mafia territory the pack didn't venture in? That is of course if Oblivion wanted her. Feeling him lick her cheek she grinned up at him a happy sparkle in her big brown eyes as she looked over at him. She laid there content as he rested his head on her shoulder. Why did this feel so right when the basic principals of life declared it was supposed to be so wrong? [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Oblivion On a mountain he sits Not of gold but of sin Through the blood he can look See the life that he took From the council of one He'll decide what he's done With the innocent... Before he had layed his head on her shoulder, the look of joy in her face was beautiful, his comment had brought her so much happiness and it caused Oblivions eyes to shine brighter. Who knew he could make another so happy? The female had shifted to bring most of her body below his, making the two dogs lie is such close contact with each other and perfectly comfortable with it. Her description of him made him laugh in time with her. She thought him handsome? Goodness he could never see this, he had always thought of himself as an ugly brute. Somehow she had seen something else in him. When the question left her lips, Oblivion smiled and nudged the back of her neck with his forehead.
"It's early days yet gorgeous but I suppose I do." A smile grew on his lips, "I will of course introduce you to the Mafia in the near future, you have nothing to worry about with them. However, you must understand that to be in the Mafia, I am a killer. And I thoroughly enjoy that part of my life if I'm honest. It's really quite satisfying to rip the other pathetic packs apart." As he spoke, the old Oblivion returned. The bloodlusting killer rose slightly with each word. But the one that loved Char was still there, as in control as ever. "But... I can't help worrying Char. You are not a killer, goodness that shows. The Mafia won't allow a creature such as yourself into the pack, whether you are with me or not. I don't want you to get hurt by them, nor do I want you to change. You might not understand it, but I love you just the way you are." A soft chuckle broke from his lips as he spoke. Wait, back-track. He had just openly said to her that he loved her? Shit. How would she react to that?

A smile rose upon her lips as he nudged the back of her neck with his forehead. He was so affectionate. How could a male like him make her feel like such a princess? Chardonnay didn't get that but on the other hand she didn't want to understand it. It was too precious of a moment, of a bond, and of a relationship she hoped would grow in the future. She would much rather stay in the dark about how it happened or why it worked because if she knew that she could tinker with their relationship and she didn't want to do that. She wanted to be blindly happy like she was now. She didn't want to see yet. The fox hybrid listened with a smile as he began to speak however her ears flicked back and she flinched a little as he mentioned he was a killer and he loved it. She didn't want to know about that part but she guessed she had to face it. He was a bad dog. He was a mafia dog. She couldn't escape it.
Perhaps she should pretend to be bad? Then the Mafia dogs wouldn't think him weak and they'd leave her alone. If she acted all mean when she was with Oblivion they would just look her over as one of them. Then she could hide when he wasn't around and they wouldn't come to find her. That seemed like a good solution in Char's book. Coming out of her thoughts she listened once more to the great dane as he began to speak again. He was worried about her. That was so sweet. He didn't want her to change. Aww. That was even sweeter. She turned her head about to lick his lips as a way of a doggy kiss but then he said something she hadn't been expecting. He... loved her? How could he love her? It hadn't been that long they had known each other and yet... Well, Char couldn't say she wouldn't go to the ends of the earth just for him.
Leaning forward she licked his lips feverishly. If they had been human it would be a passionate kiss with tongues. She hoped it would show just how much he meant to her.
"If... when you introduce me... I pretend to be bad... they wouldn't pay much attention to me. Then I could hide when your gone and they wouldn't come looking for me. I'd just merge into the background. That could work... we could still be together and still be ourselves."[/i] [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Oblivion On a mountain he sits Not of gold but of sin Through the blood he can look See the life that he took From the council of one He'll decide what he's done With the innocent... Oblivion lay tensed as he waited for her reaction to his words. Ok, so he hadn't said it directly like "I love you" but more sort of hidden amongst his sentence. "I love you just the way you are" Is still quite casual without being too direct and overwhelming. Right? The dane pondered to himself, trying to convince himself he hadn't just made a stupid mistake. He discovered that perhaps it was a good thing when Char started licking his lips in a frenzy. He knew that it meant so much to her what he had just said, and she was happy for it. In return, the male began to lick at her lips just as much, showing as much passion as he could muster. He paused as Char began to speak, informing him of her plan. Could it really work? It still worried Oblivion, the Mafia certainly weren't stupid and could easily figure it out if anything went slightly wrong. He sat in silence for a moment, brow furrowed as he thought to himself before expressing the majority of those ideas.
"It's worth a try Char but if they discovered what was going on, and the odds are that they will, there's little doubt they will consider killing you." He took a deep breath and continued, "I couldn't live with myself if you were killed because of me. " Lifting his head slowly, he pulled away from Char and got to his paws with a quick shake of his pelt. Lowering his head to give her a quick lick on the lips, he pulled away and said softly, "Come on, we can worry about this later." With that, a puppy-like playful grin spread onto his lips as he bounded onto the wing of the plane. It shook and groaned from the sudden movement but the dane ignored it as he bounced again onto the concrete. With a quick look to the female on the roof, he turned and raced out the metal doors and into the sunshine. The dog that had entered the hanger had been cold, distant and cruel. Never to change. But how wrong he was proven. The dog that left was just the same but a side had emerged. One that could love, care and feel new emotions. It was nice to have both sides. The thoughts wandered round his brain as he ran, tongue hanging out his maw to the side and he movements full of life and energy. Turning his head to look behind him he raised his voice slightly, "Keep up slow poke."

Char felt her heart sing when Oblivion began licking her lips in return. This was heavenly. She had never felt so... so happy. She felt like she could fly. like she could actually jump off this plane and fly on these glorious invisable wings. All because of Oblivion and his love for her. A smile adorned her lips as she looked up at him. She watched him as he stood up wondering for a moment what he was doing. Seconds after he licked her gently on the lips she licked him back before turning her head as he began walking away. She looked at him questioningly before watching him jump down from the wing of the plane. Without hesitation the fox hybrid jumped to her feet and bolted to the wing of the plane. For a moment she stood at its edge only now noticing just how high up she was. No wonder she had needed Oblivion to help her get up here. Wiggling her bottom a moment she then leaped off the wing landing onto the concrete surprisingly gracefully.
Noticing Oblivion already sprinting out the metal doors she leapt into a run. For the first time in her life not low to the ground as she darted away but instead standing rather tall stretching her legs out in order to get as big a stride out of them as possible. It didn't take too long to come up beside him. Tilting her head to look at him for the first time in her life she felt like she belonged. Char didn't want to leave his side. Not now or ever. Would it even be possible she could stay by his side forever? Char wanted too. She wanted every day to be just like this forever. This felt just like heaven to her. All her insecurities and her past had just disappeared as soon as she got comfortable with Oblivion. She was just herself with him and she felt so happy. Char put an extra stroke of power into her strides and with a happy look on her face she leaped into the air. Putting little leaps into her run as she stuck close to Oblivion's side.

Oblivion On a mountain he sits Not of gold but of sin Through the blood he can look See the life that he took From the council of one He'll decide what he's done With the innocent... When he noticed Char nearing his side on the periphery of his vision, a grin slid onto his lips as he slowed down slightly and began running in rhythm with her. Looking down to look at the female, he noticed her looking up at him with a blissful look on her face. As they ran in perfect timing, Oblivion lowered his head ever so slightly to about the height of his shoulder to where her head was and gave her a quick lick on the cheek. A cheerful laugh escaped his lips as she began bounding and leaping along beside him. How happy and carefree she seemed now, compared to the nervous little creature he had first met. Both dogs had changed since their meeting and it was all thanks to the other. With a quick sly grin, Oblivion flashed a look to Char before lowering his entire body as he ran, tensing his legs muscles as he sprinted over the earth. Pushing himself up with he legs, the dane leapt into the air and over Char, landing on the other side of her. With another cheeky grin to her, he lowered his head inconcentration and propelled himself forwards, moving ahead of her and sprinting off.
Minutes later the great dane slowed his gait to a gentle trot before coming to a complete stop. He turned and waited for Char to catch up as he lowered his large body to the earth. Front paws extended forwards he let his head stay high as his tongue lolled in and out as he panted, his chest heaving to get enough breath back into his body. Closing his eyes he lay enjoying the sunshine, panting softly amongst the grass. How content he was right now. All thanks to Char. For so long he had waited for such a feeling, perhaps even his whole life.

And I wonder if you know, How it really feels, To be left outside alone.

She was so happy. So blissfully fireworks-blasting happy. Oblivion seemed the same way too. If she could purr she would have done at that moment. Especially when he lowered his head and licked her cheek. He was so affectionate. Nothing could ever compare to this moment of utter bliss. They could be together forever. Just frolicking like this. They could have puppies... if her genetic make-up allowed it... and they could be mates forever. That sounded like complete heaven to her. To be his only one. There tons of demonic females out there but Oblivion had chosen her. He had chosen her, and she had chosen him. She was positive no one could tear them apart. Even if they tried. He loved her. She couldn't believe it. He actually loved her. God, she was so smitten. Her face lit up as he jumped over her finding it one of the most memoreable moments she had ever been able to experience.
She managed to laugh a little as he sprinted ahead of her. She was quickly losing energy however. Oblivion was bigger then her and so therefore should have more energy then her. Her tongue was already out between her fangs as she panted heavily. When she finally saw him stop and drop to the ground she had to admit she was a little relieved. She darted over to him with the last amount of energy she had in her body before flopping down on top of him. Tilting her head back so it rested against the side of his neck she looked up at him with a happy smile. God, he even looked amazing upside down. She truly was a very lucky dog. For a moment Char stopped her panting so she could lick his neck before resuming once more. God, she felt like her chest was about to burst and her heart was about to leap out of it. Love... She was lucky. It was all she could think about right then.
"I... want... to... be... with... you... forever."[/i] [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
